Data Deletion Instructions
Zync Partners allows users, clients, and authorized contacts to request deletion of personal information and data received through connected services, including Meta, Facebook, and Instagram integrations where applicable.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion, send an email to privacy@zyncpartners.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Please include:
- Your full name.
- Your email address.
- Your company or account name, if applicable.
- The service, integration, Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Meta Business account related to the request, if applicable.
- A short description of the data you want deleted.
What Happens Next
We will review your request and may ask for additional information to verify your identity or confirm your authority to request deletion for a business, account, page, or connected platform. Once verified, we will delete or de-identify applicable data unless retention is required or permitted by law, contract, security obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate business recordkeeping requirements.
Meta, Facebook, and Instagram Data
If your request involves data received through Meta, Facebook, or Instagram, we will process the request in accordance with applicable Meta platform requirements and our Privacy Policy. You may also manage connected app permissions directly through your Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account settings.
Processing Time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law. Complex requests or requests involving business accounts, integrations, backups, or legal obligations may require additional time.
